Prenatal with Choline, 120 Capsules

I have been using this to add choline to my prenatal routine. I’ve had good results this far!

It contains choline, which is important for the development of the baby's brain before birth. It has a pleasant taste and the size lasts for approximately one month. The container is plastic.

These have good ingredients and are a reasonable price, but they did oxidize in my daily pill container, possibly due to humidity. They're fine if left in the bottle though.

I’m in my third trimester and have been taking this prenatal for eight months now. I had a hard time finding a prenatal that worked for me - the other ones I tried all gave me very bad headaches. This one has been great, I think because of the form of folate it contains which is easier for me to process. I also like the level of testing and ingredient quality certifications in this prenatal. Highly recommend!

I've noticed a positive difference in my overall well-being since I started taking this supplement. It seems to support my energy levels and fits perfectly into my daily routine. I feel good about the consistency and will definitely be purchasing again.

They are small capsules, easy to take - but 4 a day?!! Why not just make them more concentrated.
