I bought this mainly for the blood sugar benefit ingredients and this did not disappoint. After a meal I take it and I feel completely levelled out all day. I think you can even take just one given the dosage but depends on personal because I’ve been taking it on and off for two years. The size lasts me up to two months sometimes.
