I’ve been searching for a whey protein that isn’t inflammatory, and finally found this! A2 milk proteins avoid causing the same kind of systemic inflammation as A1 milk proteins, so this is a great and timely formula! Ancient Nutrition is always good quality, this formula is made from grass-fed A2 dairy cattle milk. I love it that the manufacturer took the trouble to create this! The size is great too!

I mix this with collagen protein from the same brand and they mix well with just water, with just a hint of that stevia aftertaste. For me, this is quite sweet already so I only do power with water. The consistency is a little bit thick after mixing and not quite a shake.
