Liposomal GABA + Rhodiola, 5.07 fl oz (150 ml)

I suffer from insomia and take "benadryl" nightly around 25mg, since unisom is out of stock. They are both same medicine plus I add melatonin. Still I would have nightmares that kept waking me up several times at night. Whatever is in this, the nightmares stopped. I think is the Rhodiola because I already had Gaba and all that did was stop the snaps in my brain. Taste is not pleasant but bearable. I just with the bottle was larger so I do have to watch when it gets low and make sure I order another one. I am trying as many liquids as possible and gelcaps to substitute the vegetarian capsules because they have caused me severe constipation.

I just put it in my fridge and use it whenever am stressed does it work I honestly don’t know

Great quality ingredients in an easy to absorb Liposomal form. It tastes nice. I take this with L-theanine to help with menopausal mood swings.

Good ingredients, I like that it’s liposomal for absorption. It doesn’t go far though. A spoonful a day with this small bottle doesn’t last long. Taste good
