It's a nice product of NOW, as i am vegetarian its totally help me during workout, i feel more energetic plus didn't loose any muscles during my shredding phase.
Although 'natural flavor' still leaves me with questions it does taste great (sweet/tart flavor) The coloring seems to come from beets not artificial coloring and the sweetness from Stevia. I used to take flavorless bcaa's and it was such a chore to take regularly. I highly recommend this. I know there are a lot of other famous ones out there but they either taste horrible or use artificial flavorings and sweeteners.
For me, this is a great sports drink to consume 30 to 45 minutes before a workout, and can also be used post workout. I use it with long bike rides lasting > 2-3 hours. I don't mind the watermelon flavor, which is better than the other flavor they have.
These BCAAs are excellent because they not only include the necessary amino acids that your body doesn't produce, but also it has other muscle-building ingredients like TMG. After taking for almost three months, I've noticed signficant muscle growth when I take post workout. Some take it pre-workout, but I've found the best benefits are post-workout.
great quality product! very nice quality package for the supplement also Iherb delivers very well. taste is very nice too!. the company is very known...so no concern about product! i think it is good supplement for the diet and good for improvement and composition. the ingredient list is legible and informative
Adorable taste and perfect for lift weights trainings. Very useful product!
I really like this product to get my BCAAs. It kills me that so many so-called healthy products for athletes contains synthetic sweeteners like sucralose which is bad for the body and bad for the brain. This product contains natural xylitol and stevia as the main sweeteners. And it taste great!!
The supplement is mixed daily with other amino acids and coconut cream making it dairy free ingredients and benefiting one quality and delicitous tasting beverage
Great quality. Great size and package for this product. Happy to use it as part of my routine. I will definitely be repurchasing this one time and time again. Easy to use and keeps well in the cupboard. Best deal here! Makes my skin happy. Nice natural scent for my sensitive skin.
It's perfect, both size and quality are super good. one of my favorites.. I will definitely buy again.
