Some spray are stingy and bitter, but this has a slight sweet taste which my kids are okay with. When my kids can’t sleep then I’ll use this. They will then fall asleep in less than 15 mins
Tried it once with my 2 year old and had no issues, slept fast but didn't stay asleep. I will keep on hand though. He did enjoy the taste

Like that’s it contains natural ingredients. Bought it for my teenager. Have not used yet but good size for travel and the spray is good as he has trouble swallowing pills.
This product is for kids of all ages and contains all the quality bach ingredients that go into the "rescue remedy 'formula. Handy size easily fits in bag purse or pocket. Useful when rapid relaxation and calming is needed. 2 squirts dosage makes for economical use. Good taste. No alcohol. Mixed with glycerin as a carrier. Is of benefit for those times when one feels the effects of stress and tension. Recommended.
I still think this is a good product. Everyone reacts to things differently. However, for our 4 yr old son, this did not seem to help improve his sleep at all. He actually seemed to wake up earlier and more often. We will continue to use to see if he adjusts.
We first had the drops, but it's nog easy to use the last bit. Also in te dark it's difficult to give the right dose. But with this spray it's so easy! Highly recommended.
This works. I take 4 sprays on my tongue when I go to bed then I also have it under my pillow and if I wake up during the night I take 4 sprays and I am able to fall back asleep most of the time.
