These are good in size and easy to swallow. There is a little after taste but i take them at night because of it. I am hoping that they will assist in my gut health, so we'll see. It's been about 2 weeks of taking them and I haven't really noticed much of a change.
I have bo doubt that oregano has great benefits. However, the dosage seems alot. As a result of quality ingredients, you can really taste it for a while after taking it. But the tablet sizes are small so not hard to take. I have seen improvement in my energy levels.
