I've been taking this for cognitive support. The addition of L-Ergothioneine is a big plus because it's a powerful antioxidant for longevity. not many know about L-ergothioneine, this is 5mg so a lower dose. you want at least 5mg. i like that it contained lions maine as well for a sinergizing affect as we dont know if this substance works best with other substances present. my husbands health is getting better. it seems like a quality supplement. ingredients are pure. size is 5mg.
