Choline is a precursor of acetylcholine, one of the neurotransmitters. Having choline supplementation is critical to keeping my cognition sharp for work and other daily activities. I've had good results with choline bitartrate, when I fast. Besides being a detoxing agent and digestive aid for the liver, choline is an excellent nootropic that will help you think and sleep better in a fasted state. I've been using choline bitartrate powder for a while now, and I think it's fine. It mixes easily into water. I've noticed a difference during long work sessions or studying. The quality is good, the ingredients are good since they don't have ingredients that you would get in a pill.

Choline is very sour, it tastes like lemon, but I add a little water directly, because it is better to drink than to mix it with anything, as it ends up being bitter. But this form of powder is much cheaper than in capsules, so it is worth feeling a little sour.
