I was worried the mint would taste like toothpaste, but it’s actually crisp and rich. It blends smoothly into almond milk without any clumping or weird chalky texture. I love this brand!! All of their flavors are so delicious. They mix easily, no clumping. The vanilla is my favorite but they are all delicious. I love that the whey is grass fed and that the ingredients are so solid and high quality. My favorite way to consume is either as a protein shake mixed with milk or added to plain, high fat yogurt. 10/10
Grass fed whey protein is getting harder to find. Most companies going for isolate and it’s way more expensive. Whey protein has more benefits and fills you up. This is my go to after training/workout. Works perfectly in my diet and fitness goals. Package is nice for shipping.

This is a great variation for the run of the mill vanilla fruit smoothie. My go to when I need something super easy when I’m in a hurry and don’t want to get out all the ingredients for a fruit shake. Blend with high protein almond milk and a little ice and ur done. Horrible taste, not mint chocolate at all. I have to bake it with cocoa mixed to finish it and not waste my money. Otherwise the taste makes me sick. And the aftertaste is disgusting also.

This flavor is better than the regular Chocolate version in my opinion, although still not as good as the Vanilla flavor. Like the other Rise proteins, I would not personally drink it mixed only with water. However, when blended with a banana and some cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, it becomes much more enjoyable and has a much better consistency. What I appreciate most about Rise is the quality of the ingredients. The protein feels cleaner and less artificial than many whey brands, and I like that they use more natural flavors and that the product is kosher certified. Overall, a high-quality protein powder, especially for smoothies.
The taste is excellent, the concentration is high. It mixes easily. There's a scoop inside, and the benefits of taking protein are obvious. I'm working on my protein intake.
