Statin and benzimidazole drugs can block the human mevalonate metabolic pathway that includes muscle repair and growth 💪 with resulting muscle pain. Geranylgeraniol, GG, oral supplements are the solution for me! My muscle pain is almost gone after only 6 weeks at 150mg 2x/day.
High quality product, it’s great that it doesn’t contain tocopherols. The size is small, easy to swallow. I take it regularly it’s a very effective antioxidant . The dosage is good, i take one capsule per day.
I have heard Dr. Barrie Tan talk abot this substance many times. I am well aware of what it is supposed to do. I just have no way of measuring any impacts. I have not noticed anything overtly changed except that I seem to have better muscle recovery and less soreness post workout than I did prior to taking it. That leads me to believe that after 5-6 weeks of taking it that it is doi ng something for an over 60 weight lifter.
Bough this for my husband who's on statins. This is very early days, but the aches in his feet seem to have eased. Will update more at a later date.

The only E-GG 150 mg I found so hard to compare... am trying it out.
It works well together with the annato A.C grace I am currently taking also. They work hand in hand. No seed oil included in the Ingredients.
