This is my first time to try it , size of the capsule is small the dosage is one capsule daily which make it easier to commit, and no bad taste , ingredients looks good and high quality,i hope to see benefits in first month , i will update after a month It’s been almost a month and i haven’t really noticed any difference in my hair but i will continue for two more months and then i can judge
