This is a good supplement to target acne essentials. However, be open minded that acne could be of several factors (hormonal, fungal, skincare, lifestyle etc...) - so take this with a holistic approach. It hasn't cured my acne but definitely helped a little as I continue to take other approaches focusing on my gut and hormones.
