The range of taste is balanced, litlle bit of sweet and sour combined and also a decent size. Personally i felt the same outcome as taking regular shilajit.

the quality of the product and ingredients are perfect but the taste leaves something to be desired unfortunately. the benefits of Shilajit are endless which is why i love the product and the dose is simple because each gummy is consistent size but i can't get past the taste. it is so strong. would probably purchase again but will be on the hunt for something with a better taste.
