as liquid sweeteners go this one is just okay, not so bad but not so amazing jut kind of average

It doesn't have the brown sugar flavor that is common in luo kan ka syrup, and has a simple sweetness like gum syrup. I felt the sweetness was strong. It's easy to use because it doesn't have the bitterness or tingling sensation of zero-calorie sweeteners. You can pour it out little by little, not all at once. I thought it was a bit pricey, but the fruit and quantity were good and I was satisfied.

Among allulose, the less popular ones taste too sugary and give you a headache, but this one doesn't have any of those issues. I was worried it might be too expensive, but the quality and ingredients are worth the price. It's a great substitute for sugar, so I'm back to repurchase and even writing a review.

I subtracted one star just because I would prefer a glass bottle to the plastic bottle it comes in. The sweetness is not too intense, I would usually use 1/2 tspn. of liquid stevia to sweeten one cocktail, I used 3 Tbspn. of this instead. I would buy it again if it was in a glass bottle & the price reduced. I might buy it again if its on sale at a lower price.
