I got this to try at a good discount, so I'll report back later on the quality and effectiveness of the ingredients once I see results. I started taking one capsule daily with breakfast. The capsule size is fine and easy to swallow. The taste and smell are also good, but there's one caveat: it smells like mint (I don't like mint). I bought it for prevention during cold and flu season. The packaging contains a heart-shaped moisture-absorbing element, which may be what gives it the minty scent.
