Using top quality wild caught tuna meat and minimal salt as the main ingredients great for my diet. It has a very mild fishy taste and nice composition of tuna. I dislike strong seafood smell, so it is perfect to be eaten with the crackers and cranberries for my daily breakfast. The tuna smell is what makes it taste good and the meat texture is smooth so it’s easily digested. It contains Omega 3 beneficial for my health . It comes in a slim sized rectangular box package makes it very perfect to pack for outdoor and easily disposable after eating it. As having insulin resistance, not a fan of any dried berries, prefer it to be replaced with some other dried nuts.
I love this product. It's delicious, great macros, a lot of protein, easy to prepare. The cranberries take it to another level. I could eat it every day, great for taking on the go. No dirty dishes as the kit is complete for a quick meal or snack.
This is a fun alternative to your usual lunch routine. Everything you need to prepare some quick tuna salad is together in the same package. After mixing the ingredients and eating on the crackers, it was clear the flavor was not up to par. It needed some seasoning; at least salt and pepper would have helped or herbed crackers instead of plain. The cranberries were a nice touch, but not enough to really boost the bland flavor.

I loved that my favorite tuna included everything to make quick salad. My son doesn’t eat mayo, so I didn’t have to buy anything extra while making my quick snack while visiting. The taste was great and just enough.
