I bought it after AI recommendation as something that could help lean on my stubborn fat areas. I have a not too hardcore exercise regime (2-3x a week lifting), moderately eating clean and try to sleep well. I was told as benefit it helps with glucose management. Dosage is 2x a day with each meal. Thats why I didnt opted for the fancier one, since digesting with meals already increases absorption enough I think. I have taking it only like 2-3 weeks, but I think I can see results already. The lower belly and love handles seems to gradually shrink. (Altough I take yohimbine in morning too, so that could have an effect as well.) Product is good quality, as its NOW Foods. One thing to mention and could be important, for ladies - DO NOT take if your trying to get pregnant. Since it can mess with early development according to some studies. Otherwise its safe and legit. Just cycle it sometimes.
