Dissolves quickly and has no taste. I’ve only just started taking it, so I’m not sure about the benefits yet. However, I slept well and deeply last night — which rarely happens.

I am new to hydrogen but I can say its tastes good. There is a mild taste of something but its not unpleasent. Good packaging. I am not using tap water and have started using source water as tap chemicals can cause reactions to the hydrogen process. i will update my review when or if I begin to see benefits.

Takes a long time to disolve. Have not noticed a benefit, but have not been using consistently.
If you are easily get heaty and dehydrated when busy your own task forgot to replenish water. You can take this which is effectively locking hydration and nourishing your organs.

I really enjoyed this product, it doesn't have much of a taste. I find if you leave it for more than five minutes. I find that it really helps with energy and feeling light and springy. I really enjoy prohealth products so far. I also have their NAD and I also find it very effective.
