Organic "True" Cinnamon (Ceylon) Extract, 1 fl oz (30 ml)

I did not find this gave me a true cinnamon flavour.

I use it to manage my blood sugar spikes, especially after eating a heavy carbohydrate meal.

I wonder if it is potent enough to be effective as a supplement, but it tastes fine, so i shall carry on.

This is one way of having cinnamon in my coffee. When I use powder cinnamon it would never mix properly, but theses drops worked awesome.
