Tastes good the size is good. I don’t really feel a difference I used it about 15 times. I don’t know exactly if it does something but I think it does and I’m happy with it.

Works but has a weird taste, doesn’t taste like what it’s supposed to taste & it’s not cost effective. Other better brands half the price.
