these supplements are okay they have a very bitter taste at the beginning I'd suggest if you want take berberine I would just take a capsule because the taste is very off-putting
this tastes absolutely terrible. if you like a bitter overwhelming mint type taste you may be ok with this. I've never had a issue with force factor and I will continue to buy force factor but not this one...ever. It was intolerable and I usually can tolerate a lot, especially for my health. if it wasn't as bad as it was I would have just sucked it up and rode it out but it was impossible for me to do. Force factor, you may want to look at the recipe on this one.
I had high hopes for this one, but it has a nasty bitter taste to it. Will not get again.

yumm for dark choclate lovers. I heard berberine is as strong as metformin a diabetes drug, at managing blood lgucose and satiety. I believe i nthis as much as garlic, fresh garlic literally saved my life and grok said theyre on par with strength, and great for beign pure natural supplements from nature
Caused upset stomach for me. I do have a sensitive stomach, so it might work for other people. The chewables come individually packaged. I am willing to try this supplement again but I remain wary of the side effect.
