I did take 1 capsule a day and lost 2kg in a month. I think this diet support supplement helps in having energy for the day and I guess burn fat with a proper nutrition and exercise. I do recommend this especially for people on keto and doesn't drink much green tea in a day since I mostly drink water, kombucha, and coffee.

I like these capsules. They deliver, and it’s convenient to take. Together with healthy diet and reasonable exercise they bring better results versus without. They effectively reduce cravings. So I assume that based on this alone, one can see results over time, but if you want steady significant results - combine it with healthy moderate eating and exercise.
I’ve been using these for the past month or so. I only take one in the morning on an empty stomach. Throughout the day, I have an alertness that I didn’t before. Food noise is reduced and I do get nauseous if I eat too much. I haven’t noticed significant weight loss yet. However, I don’t need to eat to feel awake anymore! My drive home from work are less drowsy than before, which make me feel much safer. I’m down to my morning cup of coffee, only because I love it, not because I need it. There is a little lightheadedness on high activity days and I drink twice as much water as I used to. All in all, I recommend if sustainable energy is something you desire.
I have enjoyed taking these supplements and will continue to take them. The size is right and am glad that I dont too many to consume in the day.
