Magnesium + Ashwagandha, 120 Capsules

I bought it in the trial section to test the formula on myself. I use this supplement to maintain calm at the end of the day. The formula contains magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide along with ashwagandha root extract. These ingredients are known to support relaxation and help the body cope with everyday stress. The capsules are easy to take, and one package is enough for a full course. The product supports a balanced state and normal functioning of the nervous system. Suitable for adults who choose combined formulas with herbal extracts.

Quality ingredient and benefit , Good supplement to promote healthy body ! Package is ok

Quality is good, product works and great ingredients. The downside is that there can be frequent needs to want to go to the washroom to detox.

I don't have issues falling asleep, but I find it hard to stay asleep sometimes. I take these occasionally and they work wonders.

Ashwagadha plus magnesium really great combination for me to relief stress. The only thing that didn’t really like is a dosage cause I prefer to take all daily dose in one pill. No taste or smell. Also was good for my sleep quality and calm mind. I can recommend this product

I decided to try this product because of the unique composition blending Magnesium with Ashwagandha. Here is my experience: Quality: Nobi Nutrition delivers premium quality. The capsules feel fresh and the potency is evident. Ingredients: The combination of Magnesium (great for muscles) and Ashwagandha (an adaptogen for stress) is brilliant. Benefits: Since I started taking this, my sleep quality has improved and I feel much calmer during the day. It effectively reduces stress and muscle tension. Packaging: The bottle contains 120 capsules, which is a generous supply. It is sealed well to maintain freshness. Taste: These are easy-to-swallow capsules with absolutely no bad taste or aftertaste. Highly recommended for anyone looking to support their mental and physical relaxation!
