I am very cautious with fat-soluble vitamins and can only advise everyone not to take too much of them. Once you develop a good rhythm for yourself (for me, it's taking it twice a week), it can become a great long-term supplement. As I said, if you know what you're doing, then it's a fantastic product!
I started taking this to help with my estrogen metabolism and balancing my progesterone levels (PCOS/endometriosis - hormonal mess). I like it because it is soy free, which is great. I have noticed less cramping with PMS. I haven't had my labs taken lately so I'm not sure what my estrogen and progesterone levels are - but I CAN say that since taking this I have noticed a significant difference in endo pain, and my skin just looks better. I am taking this with other products and cannot attribute all of the benefits I have been seeing solely to this vitamin e - but as far as supplements go this is a high quality vitamin that won't compromise your hormones.
NAHS is a wonderful company with "clean" sourcing of nutrients, and Vegan encapsulations. Vitamin E is a MUST nutrient that should be supplemented. It has really helped with a long term problem I began having as a teen ... fibrocystic breast issues. The PAIN is NO longer a problem ... It's a wonderful ANTI-again nutrient as well. I sure do miss Dr. Cass Ingram who promoted their products often ... and, also helped with some of the wild harvesting of the product ingredients.
I love this brand as they are known for good quality in the health realm. The ingredients are food based which is the best way to get vitamins in my opinion. I will report back if I see help with skin and hair but I got this to help with hair regrowth postpartum. These have no taste. Please give this a thumbs up if this was helpful to you!

This is not just an opinion as it's one of the very few that contains all four tocopherols and all four tocotrienols, which means a full-spectrum vitamin E! This is very important for people's health! It's also soy-free, also very important! I just wish they'd use a different fish gelatin other than tilapia!
