I really like this B Complex, I am pleasantly surprised with this brand because its B Complex is from all natural and organic foods to support daily energy, stress reduction, and mental focus. And also has no artificial fillers in its "other ingredients" are organic and natural too.

Whole food b complex is hard to find. I have so much more energy when I take this vitamin. Less stressed and calmer. The only one I will purchase.

I love this is all organic from variety of foods, and it has the right amount of dosage that I prefer. I personally do not feel comfortable taking high dosage of B6, this one only has 5.5 mg per capsule.
