This was okay. I think I prefer to take NMN separately as well as resveratrol. I do think it's effective, as one time I took a bit too much, 3 servings, and felt like I had drank 5 cups of coffee. Also it tends to clump up due to being in transit in the heat (I think). Again, I suggest you buy these ingredients separately or overall just from another source.

This is an interesting way to take NAD+ supplementation. Very easy to take each morning. The taste is quite strong and sweet, but in a pleasant way. I was OK with the taste. It is quite an expensive product, so if I was looking to continue NAD+ supplementation I would definitely look for a more economical way to do it, such as capsules or powders. I did not feel any major effects in the short 10 day period I took this. I moved on to other NAD+ supplements in capsule form.
This looks very good and easy to carry around when you are away on Holiday. Still waiting for this to be delivered and Will give updates after.
