This is one of my favourite tea brands and flavours. I have been buying it from time to time. It serves my needs for calming tea after dinner. The price is competitive given its high quality and taste. I also buy other flavours of the Yogi brand tea so I can drink different kinds.

This tea aids with constipation. It does work but I find it works best if you have 2 cups per day. Another benefit I noticed is that it helps to wake me up in the morning. I love the blend of ingredients. It has a moderate peppermint taste. I take it daily due to surgery. I always trust this brand for its quality ingredients.

I love all Yogi tea products but this one is specific. I didn’t find quite helping to be honest, but maybe with multiple use you will notice a difference
