Good quality product, all important vitamins for woman health are there. I think i had felt the effect from this supplements got more energized. Has no taste , good normal size, I take 1-2 per day daily.

this is a quality multi vitamin for women. i have not tried it but the ingredients are good. it's a bit pricey but i think it's worth it.
Excellent composition, suitable for people aged 40+. After taking it on an empty stomach, there is no nausea, which is important for me.
It's so hard to find quality vitamins that don't have a ton of extra B vitamins. I wanted something gentler. This vitamin supplement covers all the basics and includes iodine and other ingredients women need that don't normally come in a vitamin. It's also vegan.
I bought this to replace my other daily multivitamin, because I want to switch to cruelty free brands. However, I feel there is a certain quality that is not agreeing with my stomach as well as I have had a few flues since switching to it. So I am not sure if it is helping me. it's a little bit hot to swallow as well due to the capsule. it tastes like a typical not-a-candy gel-capsule pill.
