Ayurvedic Stomach Relief & Happy Liver, Herbal Detox Tea, Caffeine Free, 30 Luxury Pyramid Tea Bags, 4.2 oz (120 g)

I drink this every night after dinner and it is so helpful with digestion. I also love the flavor and the fact that its tea bags are plastic free.

Love the quantity of tea bags in this package. The price is excellent. The quality is superior. The ingredients are delicious. We drink this once a day. It is excellent after meals. Since starting this tea, I have not had any heartburn in the night after eating acidic foods for dinner.

I wanted to try milk thistle, which is known for its liver support, so instead of taking a supplement, I started by making tea. I poured boiling water into a teapot, let it cool, then put the tea bag in the fridge. When I drank it the next day, I got loose bowels, probably because too much of the ingredients had been extracted. This may have been due to excessive bile secretion. Since then, I've been careful not to make the tea too strong, so I haven't had any problems.

I’ve been drinking this tea for a couple weeks now, and it really works. It helped calm my bloated stomach and I noticed my digestion improved within a few days. I love that it’s caffeine-free, and the ingredients feel very natural and clean. The flavor is mild but relaxing, perfect after meals or before bed. Definitely one of the best detox teas I’ve tried!
