Honestly, I like this because it keeps me feeling full. Usually drink it after my morning gym workout. I like that it has caffeine and other fat-burning ingredients. I feel like it keeps me awake during the after-lunch slow hours at work. I love mixing it with soda water/sparkling water and ice. Overall, great quality. Taste is pretty good too. Though I think I'd prefer just lemonade without the artificial strawberry taste.

It definitely delivers heightened energy output. The taste is refreshing. I was sweating a lot more than usual. One caveat it’s quite hard on the kidney as it contains chromium.
