Excellent quality D3, K1, and K3 supplement blend. Easy way to get some additional D3. The softens are small, easy to swallow, and do not have any smell. The container is tinted glass with safety seal. They came with a fresh batch date. I can’t speak to the overall effectiveness of these capsules, yet I believe they deliver the vitamin D levels they claim.
