I liked the composition - many useful components to maintain healthy microflora and bladder. I took it for several weeks, I felt that the discomfort became much less. i take it at the slightest bit of itch and it truly prevents it from being full blown. i also don’t have any discomfort anymore! i love the ingredients too. it’s in a small capsule size and easy to swallow. doesn’t taste like anything. will keep buying this for the next few months
