It’s slightly sweet, very thick, and slightly rough texture. I only took as directed with a very small amount in the morning. Seemed to improve overall digestion.
I only give this product 3 stars. I tried dissolving it in hot water like I do with ghee, but it didn't dissolved. Then I put it on some GF crackers but it didn't spread. I ended up taking some on a teaspoon. I do love the combination of herbs & some are new to me. I felt some warmth in my body which is good cause I'm often cold. I didn't find a difference in my energy level which may be due to taking other Banyan Botanical Ayurvedic herbs. Because of the high cost in Canada, I won't order it again.
A cute size bottle. I love the ingredients, quality, benefit, taste of this product. As small dosage of rejuvenating blend of ghee, honey, and herbal superfoods, including ashwagandha and shatavari. It has enhanced my well being. It supports my healthy digestion and so nourishing my tissues on a deep level.
I love the quality of Banyan Botanicals, I have been taking their products for several years now and plan to take this product after an Ayurvedic body cleansing procedure in the off-season - spring and autumn as a course to increase energy, recovery. The taste is very rich, because the ingredients are aromatic herbs and spices.
Its taste is acquired, the most natural I've encountered so far, glad that Iherb brought this Ayurvedic company to them. The only thing is that the jam is hard and you have to try hard to get a spoon out of it.. but overall it's great!
The taste is rich and good. After taking it for a week, I feel that it is very helpful for physical adjustment, strengthening physical strength and improving sleep quality.
