it's good in quality but the no. of pills to take is a bit too much I hope it can be one or two pills for a effective dosage ....

I dont usually post reviews but this product is great. Has had a massive impact on my body. Over all health and even my hair and nails are growing. Surprised me. Took about 4 weeks for full impact to be noticed.
