This cereal has a lot of healthy ingredients and it's very low in natural sugar. However I would like it a little less sweet. so my preference is really the one made with honey but I like to mix the two together. The cereal has a great flavor and taste and it has quality ingredients.
Healthiest cereal around. No garbage in the ingredients. I feel comfortable eating this as cereal or a healthy snack anytime of the day. Just with it was a better price point.

I’ve been enjoying Seven Sundays for a couple of months now and really like i. the flavor, texture, and taste are all great. However, there’s a downside: it’s quite expensive, and each bag lasts less than a week. For daily use, I think the price should be lower or the bag size increased.
