I try to take benefit of Brazilian nut to boost my selenium. soaked it overnight, dried it, and baked it in the oven for 15 mins. It has nice taste, so easy to take. it's organic, so I assume better quality. Serving = for me 2 nuts per day. Frequency = every day to help maintain my thyroid.

I've never had a bad brazil nut and these are on par with what I expect from one. They are more pleasant than a selenium supplement and tasty. Instead of a cherry on top of a sundae, I have a brazil nut on top of my morning yogurt bowl!

It has been hard to find Organic Brazil nuts; the conventional are easy to find. These taste fresh and are a good buy considering they are organic. I store them in a glass jar in the refrigerator and they are fresh for a long time. One nut has the daily requirement for selenium which is hard to obtain in most foods.
