I have been eating flaxseeds for many years in my oatmeal and in my salads. I grind them for best absorption. This is the first time trying Elan Organic Flax Seeds. They are very rich and flavorful and I do not use as much as I have with other brands because the flavor is strong. I am enjoying them very much

After looking at other organic flax seeds, I actually purchased based on price. These seem very fresh, and you can actually taste them unlike others. I would purchase again.
This product is good but I wish I ordered a grounded flax seeds. These are good for cooking or maybe even planting but difficult to consume them raw.
