Not recommended, super bad taste, poor quality, will never buy again, not sure that it was effective at all, don't know how should it work or may affect, don't recommended for anyone to buy, no or little benefit, eve the magnesium conjugate is citrate that isn't the best one, as a summary it's a very poor product
It's nice to have a sugar free alternative to typical gummy supplements. They taste great and seems to have the benefits of other magnesium supplements. They help with muscle and joint pain, making it easier to sleep and rest up when needed.
it should be a great way to get in magnesium glycinate if swallowing large pills is difficult, but the taste and Snell are so off-putting and bad I can't take them. when I have forced myself it seems to help, but for the price,it was not a good purchase
Best sugar free glycinate gummies I’ve found. Suitable for those who can’t stand swallowing pills but find most gummies too sugary. Taste is good even with no sugar, which is rare to find for gummies. Has 1,100mg of elemental magnesium per three gummies (one serving), I think it’s plenty. I’ll be taking two, the bottle has 60 pills so that will last a month for me. I think it’s fair. Overall I really do recommend!
