the pastry in reality is very very different than it is in the product image, this is very misleading. the pastry itself is pretty good, tastes good and fun to eat. the size is kinda small but it's satisfactory.
This caramel protein sweet roll is absolutely amazing!! easily the best protein snack I’ve ever had. It tastes just like a regular pastry with a rich caramel flavor, so you almost forget it’s even a protein product. It’s really filling and so much more satisfying than regular protein bars. I’ve been having one almost every day since I bought them, and I can’t recommend it enough!
When you warm it up in the microwave, the caramel melts and the bun becomes soft and really tasty. Quite sweet, but nice to try as a dessert. It’s also a good source of protein, which is a great bonus!
I am on a low carb, low sugar diet, and these sweet rolls are very satisfying for me. The ingredients also supply a good amount protein, another benefit because I eat very little meat. The composition of the rolls is more dense than regular sweet rolls, but the taste, for me, is very good. So I am okay with the density. They are a high quality substitute for both sweet treats and protein in meat, in my opinion. I have tried all the flavors. This Caramel Sticky Bun flavor is especially tasty. And I like that I can buy them in packages of 8

This is my favorite flavor of this product. I find it necessary in my microwave to heat them up for 15-20 seconds. I like the 20gm of protein.
It’s not a Cinnabon but it tastes nice and with nice proportions of protein per calories. The texture is a bit thicker than a real Cinnabon but it fulfills my cravings for something sweet. Size is pretty big. Use - I recommend hitting it for a few seconds in the microwave
I love having sweet pastries with coffee in the morning but I have been avoiding them because it’s not good for my health. This product is perfect for someone like me because it is similar enough to pastries but with much better ingredients. You can get enough protein for one meal but without all the unnecessary sugar and fat. It tastes better when you warm it up till the caramel part melts and gets all gooey:)
