Men's Plus Multi & Omegas, Raspberry Lemonade, 90 Gummies

First time ordering these from Iherb, but my son prefers these vitamins compared to pill form. The gummies are very tasty and have everything you want for a daily vitamin including DHA. They don’t cause an upset stomach. Bottle is quite big but there are a lot in it.

I bought this for my husband, who works really long hours in a heavy physical job. He noticed he's got more energy after about 3 weeks of intake and I also noticed his skin condition improved a lot (he's a welder) , appeared much brighter and healthier

My husband loves these. He has a genetic disorder that among other things gives him trouble with swallowing, so he can't take most pills. These work great. That same disorder also causes malabsorption in his GI tract. He had several vitamin deficiencies in his last round of lab work, and the doctor recommended a multivitamin. This one contains the vitamins that he needed to replace. Haven't had follow up labs yet, but will update if his levels are not up from what they were. We haven't had any issues with the gummies sticking together, even when sent in the summer.

I got on to Smarty Pants when it was the first multi-vitamin for men I found that had methylated Folate and B-12. They aren't methylated in most multi's. I used Smarty Pants for several years. They're quick, easy, potent. I have cut way back on them lately in favor of multi's that are not so carby. Watch the carbs of these if you're counting.
