I bought these after I heard a YouTube tutorial on helping leg health with Benfotiamine-basically vitamin B1 supplement. You are supposed to take 3, sometimes I stretch it out over a few hours because of my pill intake. Nice soft gel form-my go to form. They are just Benfotiamine and oil for ingredients. Seems like a new good brand-this is my 3rd product because it’s in soft gel firm. Quality seems good, large pack, on sale, so will last a while. Otherwise kind of pricey. Size is large-buying in bulk here.

Great value and very affordable for daily use. It does take a long time for the effects to come out, but well worth the patience. Great for the memory and mental health.
I like the texture of the softgels and they are made with coconut oil, too, so they go down easy. I don't know the quality but do trust this brand. Benfotiamine is the most absorbable of B1 so definitely the one to get instead of thiamine.
