The quality and packaging are very good. The syrup is simply sweet and has no other flavor. I use it to make overnight oats and it is delicious. The advantage is that it is delicious without worrying about too high calories. It is suitable for people who are on a diet.

It had a watery texture and no thick consistency. It seems like allulose syrup isn't available in Japan. The sweetness is about the same as allulose, if not more so, about half the sweetness of sugar. It's a large size, but I feel like it's not a good value for the money because I put in quite a bit.
