My wife and I have been taking this product since reading Nicolas Perricone's series of books. This product has made such a huge difference in our complexion and skin in general. We have also noticed an improvement in our memory and recall as well (The DMAE) We haven't noticed any aftertaste of stomach upset personally. I would not be without this supplement.
It’s hard to say anything about the effect – I’d need to use the supplements for a longer period to notice any difference. But they did cause a bit of a breakout on my face.

..the jury is still out on this one.. I got at first a bit nauseated after taking it... as ALA is a component of this tablet it probably detoxed my liver... however, after continuing it... the effect stopped... I don't take it every day... so I cannot see (as of yet a great effect on my skin)... I might think a bit... yet, the fact that it detoxed my liver... would indicate that this is great edition to overall health. The skin and eyes are greatly influenced by the state of your liver... so will continue to take this one... by the way, the tablets are big but easy to swallow. At first I was a bit affraid...but for some reason the shape of these tablets make it easy to take.

I took this for several months after seeing it mentioned by a youtuber. I'm not sure it made any difference, and I take too many supplements so I cut this one out. No nausea issues though
