I absolutely love the taste of truffle oil. I put it on a few things but my favorite is a raw baby spinach salad with raw mushrooms sliced into it and just this oil drizzled on top with a little bit of salt and pepper. It makes such a beautiful little side dish, or even a main dish with some crusty bread on the side, perhaps a bit of cheese.

To me, this product is just so so, the truffle taste is just mild, bought it at a special promotion price so it’s ok.

While there isn't anything wrong with the taste, it doesn't punch you on the tongue with truffle flavor, which those of us who love truffles want. It's very subtle, almost barely there. Bummer!
