Gluten gives me headaches rather than gut issues. With this product I can consume small amounts of gluten without suffering a headache. I keep a few in a container and take them everywhere I go in case I accidentally eat something I shouldn't or if I want to eat a small amount of food with gluten. It is especially useful at buffets where you can't tell for certain if something has wheat contamination or not. I wouldn't eat a whole donut with one pill, but with enough pills, maybe I could. I'm not brave enough to try. Overall, I love that this supplement is available.

I have a medical condition where I don't make my own digestive enzymes and the medication. The doctor gave me causes gout, so I switched to this product and it's been a absolute godsend. been on it about two years now. quality is excellent.It doesn't appear to have differences from bats to batch.

Really helps to digest gluten without bad consequences. For a small portion of food "without gluten" I take 1 capsule to eliminate potential gluten contamination. For food with partial presence of gluten - 2 caps. If it's a burger or a pizza, i have 3-4 caps in 10 minutes before eating.

One of the best that I have tried. Many others simply didn't work as well for me. Also it deals with my milk issue at the same time. Of course, I'm not going to abuse on gluten when I'm not compatible with it but at least if I'm invited somewhere, I can eat once in a blue moon without issues.

I work in fast food and it's not always possible to bring food from home to eat. I find taking the recommended dose helps so much. if I did t take them I would be sick for days, but the enzymes in this formula help so much! they make my digestion of gluten tolerable in day to day life and give me the benefits of living a normal life again!

I got it as a safety precaution for travelling. I use it for my children and my husband with celiac diesease. They didn't have any problems with the food that wasn"t 100% gluten free. No pain in the stomack and good digestuon. When we returned they had a medical test ant resultd were great. So i belive thr quality is good. No taste, no specific smell. We used less than half a bottle for one trip, so we are good for one more.

I take it occasionally when I eat out or feel unsure about gluten in meals. It really seems to help reduce bloating and discomfort. A must-have for sensitive digestion.
