I did not fall asleep right away and actually took about 3 tries before feeling its efficacy. I like best that I did not wake up feeling groggy or physically achy like I'd expect after a long deep sleep, but rather the feeling was of being well-rested and relaxed. Have recommended to friends and colleagues.

Thought I’d give these a try as I’m perimenopausal and kept waking up at 3am. These keep me asleep all night. I have tried other tablets, including just melatonin, but the mix of the other ingredients makes these better than any other. Definitely a must try if you find yourself waking up throughout the night. My husband also recommends these saying that these feel like someone is keeping your eyelids down. Highly recommend!
I’ve tried prescription, OTC and more to try to sleep regularly. This melatonin and magnesium blend is the only thing that’s helped. I take 1 (serving says 2) 2 hrs before bed and I wake up with ouch being groggy. 2 worked better, but I was sluggish in the AM. Really glad I found this and take it nightly.
