It's great for replenishing deficiencies; the benefits are excellent, and the results are visible after a course of use. I liked the small size of the capsules and tablets. I recommend consulting with a doctor or nutritionist before use.
I used to buy NowFoods due to low cost, but I didn't understand why I needed to take 3 LARGE capsules of D-Mannose, until I saw Rice Flour was added .... why add Rice Flour and make me take bigger and more pills with fillers? So I switched to this brand, which is more expensive, but with purer ingredients
