Vegan DAO Enzyme, 4.2 mg, 30 VegCaps

I’m in my second bottle of this now. I’ve been taking it twice daily before meals, and it has helped the massive bloating, reflux, itchy eyes, runny nose I was getting before this. It’s gentle and causes no issues. I also have IBS and gluten intolerance, and it has not given me any negative symptoms. I’ll be using it for a while, i expect. It’s vegetarian as well- better than taking some sort of sketchy organ extract that other DAO enzymes contain.

i've been taking this about 20-30min before meals, that used to trigger a bad histamine reaction, & since i've been using them the histamine reaction is much less, almost none sometimes

I pair DAO enzyme with NAC, the former is for random allergies during the day and it works really well as it’s being digested immediately while the latter is for my morning allergy and it helps clear my lungs/airways.

It helped bring down flaring inflammation in the stomach and skin sensitivities to clothing. It took a couple of months, but the enzyme made a real difference for us. It was easy to swallow the pills and taste wasn't a factor. The benefits have been worth it we like the results.

I think this product is great and I do believe, for me it is helping. with my gut issues. I love that it is not filled with fillers/preservatives... just a good clean supplement. Shipping was fast, well packaged, will buy again.
