I exercise a lot and play sports to maintain muscle mass. EAAs help me a lot with this, as well as with post-workout regeneration.

For me, EAA is a more “complete” amino acid supplement than BCAA if the goal is muscle recovery and maintenance.

I take 6 tablets before meals. The cost-performance ratio is good, so I'd like to continue if I feel the effects, but if it's not on sale and cheap, I'm not sure if the effectiveness is worth it.
